Soulful Sunday Self-Love Cacao Gathering 

in this gathering of like-minded souls we will celebrate, connect and inspire each other through cacao ceremony, meditation, ritual and yoga. We will connect to the energy of the Bodhisattva, the Goddess of Compassion,  so that we can access our own Bodhicitta (our own innate self-compassion) and focus on loving kindness. This is a growing area of research that is proving to be a great resource that boosts, strengthens and increase our immune system wellbeing.
