Morning Meditation - 8am-8.30am except FRIDAY'S 8.30am start

This is a 30 minute practice with a focus on Metta, the Pali word for Loving Kindness. This is a healing meditation that builds self- compassion, understanding, acceptance, kindness and this reverberates out to all humanity. At times we practice: Pranayama as a stepping stone into the practice; Awareness of breathing, Mantra & Visualisation.There is a lovely connection here with this online group. All are welcome regardless of experience.
