Monday Morning Flow Yoga

A 1 hr Vinyasa Flow Class, which is often themed and focusses on a particular category of poses or a particular focus on the body. This is a class for all levels of practitioner, but not complete beginners. You can enter the class 5 minutes before it starts. Props are recommended such as Yoga bricks or books, blocks or cushions, belt.
