8am - 8.30am This half an hour meditation morning practice is designed to encourage regular practice within a supportive group setting. The foundation of the practice is Metta: Loving Kindness, and this is accessed in various ways. You will learn the formal practice and also how to access the Metta heart qualities through mantra and visualisation. This is a practice that is suitable for all experiences whether you are a complete beginner, somewhere in between or a seasoned practitioner. Cultivating and expanding the heart space has a very beneficial positive effect on you and can help to improve the relationship to yourself and thus to others.
